Zachęcamy wszystkich do umieszczenia medalika św. Benedykta – niosącego pokój - przy swoim zdjęciu profilowym na Facebooku. Ten medalik jest szczególnym znakiem benedyktyńskim. Uważało się, że ma właściwości cudowne, chroni przed złymi mocami. Medalik łączy w sobie kult krzyża Zbawiciela i św. Benedykta, ojca wszystkich benedyktynów. Z jednej strony, medalik przedstawia Benedykta trzymającego w prawej ręce mały krzyż, a w lewej księgę Reguły. Na odwrocie znajduje się Znak krzyża i dewiza zakonu św. Benedykta – PAX – pokój. Medalik ma przypominać noszącemu go, by żył owocami swojego chrztu. Myśli na nim wypisane są syntezą „Reguły” św. Benedykta. El pisco sour es un cóctel del Perú preparado con pisco y el jugo de limón con diversos agregados. El antecedente de este cóctel se ubica en el Virreinato del Perú donde se habría mezclado el pisco con limón alrededor del siglo XVIII cerca a la Plaza de Toros de Acho, para luego crearse el Pisco Punch mezclando pisco, limón y piña en el bar Bank Exchange en San Francisco. El pisco peruano (aguardiente de uva base del pisco sour) se produce desde fines del siglo XVI, mientras que el cóctel llamado pisco sour se originó en Lima -capital del Perú- alrededor de 1920 en el "Bar Morris", en la calle Boza 847, en el Jirón de la Unión del centro de Lima, en el cual se ofrecía como una novedad el pisco sour, inspirado en el whisky sour. Por Resolución Ministerial 161-2004-PRODUCE, con fecha 22 de abril de 2004, el Gobierno del Perú instituyó "el primer sábado del mes de febrero de cada año como el "Día del Pisco Sour". El 18 de octubre de 2007 el Instituto Nacional de Cultura del Perú (INC), declaró al Pisco Sour como Patrimonio Cultural de la Nación basado en la Convención para la Salvaguarda del Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial de la Unesco, la Ley General del Patrimonio Cultural de la Nación y la Directiva sobre Reconocimiento y Declaratorias de las Manifestaciones Culturales Vigentes como Patrimonio Cultural.
