On the 9th May 2010. During a search for a gay group I found two hate pages. They only had a few members , but all I could think was what if one of my family found this page and read the hate speech. I decided to"report" both pages. Hate speech is illegal in most of the free world and is also against Facebook's own terms of use. I sent links to the pages to some friends so they too could report them, they replied with links to others I thought that rather than 30 of us sending each other messages, I would collate the links on one Facebook page. An hour later there were hundreds of members and by the end of the day a thousand had joined. WHOF has become a huge gathering of LGBT support from all over the world. We educate each other. We have a lot of "straight" supporters who learn a lot about us too. This is community engagement, resource sharing, discussion, encouragement, on a global scale. The most important part of WHOF is the membership, those people who click to report, share stories and help to build community spirit, they are what really matters. FAQs Why are you called WHOF ? When WHOF was first created it was called "Wipeout Homophobia On Facebook", wipeout was used as one word, as it is a surfing term meaning to be knocked off your surf board sideways. Den 31 maj är det ett år sedan regeringens egen utredare slog fast rätt till vård är en mänsklig rättighet och att Sverige idag diskriminerar tusentals papperslösa som går med obehandlade sjukdomar. Utredningen Vård efter behov och på lika villkor – en mänsklig rättighet (http://www.regeringen.se/sb/d/108/a/169815) har under ett helt ett år inte kommit längre än till socialdepartementets skrivbord. Därför är det dags för Sveriges landsting att visa att de ställer upp för mänskliga rättigheter och erbjuda alla vård efter behov, även till papperslösa som vistas i Sverige.

He is a friendly, gentle, thoughtful and very personable young man who has traveled the world, won the Pan-Pacific Championships for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and opened his own BJJ/MMA academy. He has a loving family, fantastic girlfriend and the respect of everyone he meets. Daniel disappeared from our parents’ home in Highton (Geelong, Victoria) at around 9:45am on Friday 15 July 2011. He was on foot. He took no personal belongings, no identification and no money. Daniel suffers from depression, and we are concerned for his welfare. We had no clue of his whereabouts until a sighting in Queensland on 30 November 2011. When we were informed of the sighting in January 2012, we were fortunate enough to see CCTV footage and confirm that he was alive, but not well. After almost 2 months searching the Greater Brisbane region, we were unsuccessful in gaining any knowledge of where Daniel went. As so much time has since passed, we are desperate to know that he is all right. Daniel had lost a significant amount of weight, so please keep that in mind when familiarising yourself with his photographs - it is important to focus on unchangeable features like his height, defined brow, jawline, straight teeth and hazel eyes. If you have any information regarding Daniel's whereabouts, please call 0478 661 092 immediately. He does not need to come home, we just need to know that he is safe. Daniel could now be anywhere in Australia. We are offering a $50,000 reward for information that leads directly to finding Dan.
