They claim it to be a sign and as such is too large, according to code. But, as you can plainly see, the sign hangs below the mural and is entirely separate and removable. So this mural is just that, a whimsical mural intended to draw children into the coolest little toy store this side of the Cascades. Help us grow this page so that the City Council will see the error of their ways. If you dig the giant purple octopus and think that it should stay, like this page and pass it onto your friends and family. Together we can save the endangered purple octopus! Also, this page was created and is populated by concerned citizens of this fine city of ours and is in no way affiliated with Bob Catsiff and the Inland Octopus Toy Store, other than the obvious fact that Bob and his wonderful toy store are the recipients of the City of Walla Walla's descrimination and the reason for the gathering of like minds on this wall.
