Having been in various positions for a spectrum of different school events, be it in top/middle/ground management, he has gained valuable working experience to know how to handle issues and manage them well. His vision is to create a united 'One-SMU' spirit, where students are not segregated by school boundaries, to foster a bonded SMU community as a whole, with efficient feedback channels.
