  The family of Buncio and Susuki Philippines released an official statement about the death of Maico Buncio. More questions are raised over the cause of death of the Philippine's fastest motorcyclist. This is just a part of the official statement released by the family of Maico Buncio and Susuki Philippines, record breaking biking champion Maico Greg Buncio died Llast Sunday May 15,2011 afternoon after suffering a crash during the qualifier race the day before in Clark Speedway Circuit. Buncio travelling at high speed had slipped into loose gravel and was thrown off 100 meters from his bike and landed where a protruding steel bar punctured his body and damaged his kidney and liver. He was rushed to a nearby hospital and was later on brought to UST Hospital early Sunday morning but despites doctor's struggle to save him, he passed away at 3:57Pm. Maico Buncio is the Golden Wheel Awards driver of the Year. At the age of 22 he is the member of the Team Susuki Philippines and is the country's official representative to teh Asia Road Racing Championships. His body lies in state at the Loyolo Memorials Chapels Guadalupe. Interment details will be announced later.
