    2011. novemberében egy fiatal szociális munkást, "Pumukli" Ferencz Norbertet bűncselekmény vádjával 3 évre elítélték. Ennek oka, hogy nyíltan szembement a Bp. VIII. kerület kukázást és csövelést tiltó rendelkezésével, és a sajtó, a rendőrség előtt reprezentatívan kukázott, ezzel tiltakozva a szegénységet büntető rendelet ellen. A bíróság uszítás vádjával ítélte el Pumuklit, aki a Szociális Munkások Etikai Kódexe alapján járt el, amelyre felesküdött, miszerint védeni kell a szegények érdekeit, és elő kell mozdítania a szociális munkásnak a társadalmi változásokat.
