The United Architects of the Philippines World Day of Architecture 2011. To be celebrated on October 3, 2011, its theme for this year is "Architecture and Human Rights". World MS Day 2011
In 2010 the theme for World MS Day was 'Employment'. A survey launched by MSIF had 12,000 respondents and showed that simple, low-cost changes to the work place would have enabled thousands of people to stay in work for longer. Flexible working hours, seated work, and a place to rest during the day were all low cost solutions that could have a huge impact on the working lives of people with Multiple Sclerosis.
The 2011 theme is 'Work and MS' with a focus on the changes that employers can make to the workplace to enable people with chronic fluctuating diseases like MS to stay in work. Take the 2011 survey or sign the petition at www.worldmsday.org.
