World Cancer DayDe Nederlandse deelname aan de internationale WorldCancerDay evenement. Op initiatief van Nico Faaij, mede oprichter van STOPhersentumoren.nl en is ontwikkeld door vrijwilligers van VerzetTegenKanker.nl. Samen werken aan meer aandacht & geld voor 100% kankerbestrijding. Dit om genezing van alle soorten kanker sneller dichterbij te halen. Inclusief de decennia lang verwaarloosde hersentumoren die nu de grootste kankerkiller onder kids & jonge volwassenen zijn. Nico gelooft dat als we een genezing vinden voor de delicate hersenkanker, dat we dan wel eens een oplossingsrichting kunnen hebben voor kanker in het algemeen. Laat zien dat Nederland en ook jij betrokken bent bij de kankerbestrijding en draag, in ieder geval op 4 februari, net als vele andere mensen wereldwijd zoiets als dit als deze button op je advatar. Initiated by Nico Faaij, founder of the STOPbraintumors.org cancer foundation (the biggest independent brain cancer fund from The Netherlands) and developed by the volunteers of the www.VerzetTegenKanker.nl people. We are working together to raise more awareness and money for 100% cancer research. To speed up finding the cure for all kinds of cancer. Including the decenia long almost forgotten brain cancer, called brain tumors, which is now the biggest cancer killer under kids and young adults. Nico believes if we find a cure for that difficult kind of cancer, it will probably lead us to a solution for the cancer problem in general. And believe it or not, that World Cancer day is @NicoFaaij's birdthday ;-) He always jokes, "I am borned with the mission to fight cancer till my death" (having a very deathly braintumor himself).
